Golf Challenge Mallorca announces its first hole in one winner at Son Vida

May 10th, Son Vida golf course. Jens Jung, a business manager from Cologne, Germany, steps up the 8th hole and Lasers the 123-meter shot down hill onto a wide green.

The hole was playing against the wind, so Jens decided on a gentle 9 iron. He swung and felt the satisfying click hitting the sweet spot and landed the ball one meter in front of the hole. His playing partner Eddy, who used to be a scratch player, shouted ´It looks great! Get in the hole!!´

´Be Good, Be Good´ pleaded Jens as they all watched the ball roll into the hole. The group on the tee erupted with excitement and cheers as Jens won the Hole in One prize of a trip back to Mallorca for a week in a five-star villa.

Jens was elated and turned to the competition official Ana and said,

´You won’t see the ball, it’s in the hole! ´

Jens, who plays the Golf Challenge on a regular basis, already has a property in Son Vida and so was delighted to be able to invite his friends over to stay in the villa for a golfing holiday next year.
